🔄 How to Restore from Backup
Option A — SQL Backup (recommended after a crash):
1. Log in to your cPanel → phpMyAdmin
2. Select your FreightOps database
3. Click Import → choose your
4. All data will be restored exactly as it was

Contact your developer to re-import the JSON file into the database.
